Ray has been writing since she was old enough to hold a Crayola crayon, and hasn't stopped since. She graduated in Creative Writing from Roehampton University in 2007, where she learnt many new skills. She has dabbled in professional writing and had articles published on accountancy, but her real love is writing poetry and stories. She co-produces the live literature event 'Sundown' in Southend-on-Sea, and runs her own fanzine 'Skip to the 'End' which she writes for, edits and produces. Ray performs her poetry and is currently writing a novel.
